A volcano-goddess stands out on the label of Donnafugata's "Sul Vulcano" Etna White. Its intense colors, reds, yellows, iridescent blacks, are those of the highest active volcano in Europe. An ancient, powerful and feminine divinity: "the Mountain" as Etna is called by the locals. Straw yellow in color with golden reflections; this wine presents an elegant bouquet of mineral notes, fresh citrusy aromas of citron and grapefruit, and delicate notes of white flowers. Well-integrated tertiary notes of ginger and vanilla are also present. On the palate, it is enveloping, fresh, and savory, with an elegant minerality and persistence
