100% Cabernet Franc
Saumur Champigny, France
100% Cabernet Franc from Vieilles Vignes (old vines). In 1675 monks constructed a wall around the most favorable terroir; In this "clos" the Tigny family revived the land and re-planted vines in 1938. Minerally, concentrated yet structured and fresh.
